What if a screen is torn or damaged?

If a screen is torn or damaged, we won't clean it, we don't want to risk making the damage worse. Depending on the screen, repair may be available upon request for an added charge; just ask when you book.

Do you clean both sides of the screen?

Yes, each screen is fully removed so we can wash both sides and the frame, not just what's visible from outside.
