The fine print, in plain English

Who counts as a new customer?

Anyone whose household hasn’t had a service from Barta Window Washing before. If we’ve already cleaned for them, or for someone else at their address, they’re already family, so a referral doesn’t apply.

When do I get my reward?

As soon as your friend’s first service is complete and paid. We mark it done, and you get a text with a link to pick your $50 credit or $25 gift card. Your private tracking link shows every step along the way.

How is the credit or gift card delivered?

Account credit is applied automatically and comes off your next invoice with us, there’s nothing to remember. A gift card is texted or mailed to you within a few days of your pick. You choose each time, so you can take credit for one friend and a gift card for the next.

Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer?

There’s no limit. Refer as many friends as you like and earn a reward for every one who books. The form takes up to 10 friends per submission; send those, then come back and add more whenever you like. It’s one reward per referred household, and the friend’s $25 applies to their first service only.

Can the program change?

We may adjust or end the program at any time, but every referral you’ve already sent is honored under the terms shown when you sent it.
